Myself and two fellow teaches have formed Meraki Yoga and share the teaching of the above classess.
I have been practicing yoga on and off since I was 14 years of age (44 years ago). I have practiced Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Yoga vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Hot Power yoga. I completed my teacher training in Hot Power just over a year ago. I currently teach Yin/Restorative. |
