Friday Postnatal Yoga 10.00-11.15 am
Natalie has been practicing yoga since 2002. She Qualified with CYF in 2013 and has been teaching ever since. Pregnancy Yoga TT completed with Yoga Campus Manchester in 2015. Postnatal Yoga TT completed with Birthlight London 2018.
All classes are suitable for beginners to the well practiced. |
