First Yoga for 2020

Date: Sunday 19th January 2020
Venue: Hanchurch Village Hall    Tutor Natalie Blackeman

We welcome you to our next Seminar which is to he held on SUNDAY  19th January 2020

at Hanchurch Village Hall when we are privileged to have Natalie Blakeman as our Leader.

Having trained with the CYF (Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship of Crewe) Natalie began to teach Yoga in 2012.  Her personal yoga practice is rooted in Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.  These traditions, along with her teachers, have influenced how she presents her classes.  Natalie has a deep love of nature and its healing abilities, the season and the moon cycles which all inspire her Yoga offerings.  She works mainly with women holding classes for all stages of life including pregnancy and post- natal.

Natalie encourages everyone to practice in a way that honours how they feel at that particular time on the mat by offering lots of options during her classes.  She is looking forward to sharing

“Ignite Your Magic” with you for the start of this new year and the morning will include pranayama, asana, mudra, mantra and an opportunity to journal and create your unique sankalpa.
